Hidden painted INVISIBLE Black Edition door on a black aluminum frame is a great way to visually increase the space in the room by installing the frame in the same plane with the wall.

The effect of an invisible door is achieved by finishing the box and canvas in the same style as the wall. Supplied with concealed hinges only.

MANDATORY at the level of the finished floor

If the floor is not ready or you are afraid of damaging it, then it is necessary to make embedded elements to the level of the finished floor (usually 30 mm)

BEFORE completion of finishing works

If the installation still takes place after the completion of fine finishing work, it is necessary to provide for the possibility of bringing the level of the INVISIBLE box into a single plane with the wall. To do this, it is necessary to remove a layer of plaster around the opening, while observing the presence of a right angle when mating planes

Thanks to its design, the INVISIBLE box is mounted flush with the wall.

The box is installed in the same plane with the wall along the front edge. If several doors are placed nearby, then you need to take into account the ratio of the paintings on the upper level.

We fix the standing ones in the opening and hang the canvas, adjust in planes with the help of hidden loops. We expose the gaps between the canvas and the box, foam.

On the side of the lock, we allow a slightly larger gap than on the side of the hinges, since the canvas needs more space to open.

Recommended clearances:

For aesthetics, our installers always try to set the same overgrowths on the top and sides, that is, 3 mm each.

After the foam dries, cut off the excess and proceed to the finish. Plastering, sheathing with drywall

When calculating the dimensions of parts, a gap of 5 mm is allowed. On the side parts on the side adjacent to the door frame, if necessary, it is necessary to make a recess so that the part fits into the groove on the hidden door frame

On the reverse side, to fix the details framing the opening, you can fix a beam that compensates for the distance. Then, using GKL, sheathe the back of the opening. The groove on the hidden box on the reverse side is designed for plasterboard with a width of 9 mm

After cladding, we putty the joints with a gypsum mixture; in order to avoid cracks, it is recommended to stick fiberglass on the seams

 Important: hidden hinges, which are included in the INVIISIBLE standard kit, are installed on canvases weighing no more than 40 kg

When installing a hidden door of a non-standard size, it is necessary to take into account its weight and the presence of finishes. That is why up to 3 loops are additionally cut into canvases above 2 meters at the factory.
